Cunningham Lyndsay loss adjusters appointed D L Rhodes as principal contractors following a huge fire to a waste transfer station in Edinburgh.
D L Rhodes controlled the project under CDM regulations whilst keeping the clients facility fully operational.
Works Carried Out
The main area of work was to strip and reinstate 2500m² of 0.7mm plastisol roof sheets along with galvanized purlins, strip and reinstate 2500m² twinskin 0.7mm plastisol vertical cladding with rockwool insulation.
Conclusion
The project was completed under strict health and safety guild lines and completed on schedule and in budget.
